Can I mix products to reach a tier?
Yes. The tier counts every piece in one order: 12 Taliwang and 12 Plecing already get reseller prices.
Do you ship outside Indonesia?
Yes. Air cargo for small orders, sea freight for distributors. Labels are in English and Indonesian.
How long do the products keep?
Unopened at room temperature: sambal 6–9 months, ready-meal pouches 12 months, floss and snacks 6 months.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer. Resellers pay before dispatch. Distributors pay 50% to book production and 50% before dispatch.
